WEBSHOP UPDATE
Our webshop is often updated but it could accidently happen that there's wrong information about the product, we will contact you if we're out of stock of a product that's still displayed in the shop.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All our products are packaged carefully and delivered without extra cost. All prices shown on the webshop are listed in Swedish krona. Knätofs accept payment from VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You can always feel safe when shopping in our webshop, since all transactions goes through Paypal secure payments. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

WASHING
Knätofs clothes are in 100% alpacawool. It's a natural fiber and you can handwash it gently with a little shampoo. The wool wash itself if you hang it outside for a while.

DELIVERY
The products will be posted within a week of the order, delivery normally takes 5–10 days. International orders may have longer delivery time. Shipping time on some orders may be delayed due to increased inspection requirements.
If Knätofs fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual circumstances outside of our control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other matters, then Knätofs can not be held responsible.

RETURNPOLICY
You can return the product within 14 days from the day you got your package. You can change to another colour or return if you just changed your mind. You can only change or return unused products. You have to pay the postage for returning the product. It takes about 14 days for us to repay you, from the day we get the package back.

Fill in the returnform we sent to you together with your product and send it together with the product to:

You can chose to get the money back or a new product if a product is wrongly packaged or broken in any way. Return the product within 14 days after delivery. We will of course pay the postage.
